Stephen Lukachyk started in the irrigation business in Middletown, New Jersey, in 1984.  He and his wife relocated to Greensboro, North Carolina in 1993.  A year later, he started FAIRWAY IRRIGATION MANAGEMENT, INC as a Residential Irrigation Service Company.  Within a very short time, many of his customers wanted to expand their irrigation systems and wanted Stephen to install their system.  In 1995, FAIRWAY IRRIGATION MANAGEMENT, INC became a full service/installation company.

Today, FAIRWAY IRRIGATION MANAGEMENT, INC employs 1 full time service technician and 3 full time installers. 

FAIRWAY IRRIGATION MANAGEMENT, INC is one of Greensboro’s premiere Full Service Irrigation companies, with over 350 customers.  We install over 30 new systems annually.

We are fully licensed and insured. 

We offer a 3-year warrant on parts and labor.
